Celebrating The Perfect Pairing that is Whisky & Jazz

Join Kove Collection in celebrating International Whisky Day on 27th March.

Whisky, often called 'liquid gold' or the 'water of life,' has a rich history that spans over 1,000 years. Believed to have been distilled in Scotland and Ireland, whisky was initially crafted for farmers and missionaries, adding depth to its centuries-old legacy.

On the 27th of March, Bobo’s, Incognito and The Nines each host an exclusive jazz evening to celebrate the legacy of this timeless spirit. Enjoy world-class Glenlivet Whisky from a curated menu, complemented by a live jazz performance featuring artists from the Cape Town jazz scene.

Whether you're grazing alongside the Atlantic, elevated to the ninth floor or surrounded by the lush Alphen gardens, each participating restaurant and bar will transport you into what some might call the perfect pairing. Savour handcrafted whisky cocktails, enjoy live jazz and experience modern luxury.
