We are seeking a Junior Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team, based in Camps Bay. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to a creative individual at the start of their career, with a strong interest in visual storytelling. The successful candidate will support the creation of engaging content across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include assisting with concept development, capturing and producing visual content, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. You will be mentored by a team of senior creatives, offering hands-on experience and growth within a luxury hospitality environment.

The role involves ensuring the optimal satisfaction and retention of guests, delivering a memorable experience to all patrons. The successful candidate will be proficient at stock and staff management, demonstrating strong leadership skills to optimise team performance and drive revenue. A minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality trade, including senior management experience, is a prerequisite for this position.

Well presented with previous luxury brand experience – min of two years’ experience. To run the business in the absence of the General manager and have a sound all round understanding of all departments.

We are seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the role to provide crucial support to our Head Chef in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a shift. Ownership of reliable transportation is essential for this position.
