Take A Seat At Nature’s Table

JOIN US FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENING AT THE SUPPER CLUB NATURE’S TABLE ON THURSDAY, 24 APRIL 2025, AT BLANKO.

This April, Kove Collection invites you to a five-course culinary experience where nature meets your table at Blanko: The Alphen’s Flagship restaurant in Constantia, Cape Town. Kove Collection’s Group Mixologist and Executive Chef will take you on a journey through the world’s biomes, presenting an artfully curated dining menu.

EXPERIMENTAL FINE DINING

Group Mixologist Marshall Siavash expresses how he managed to craft immersive and experiential drinks; the most vital part of The Supper Club: “I want our guests to be transported through nature’s biomes using handcrafted cocktails as a medium of storytelling.”

Our menu explores biomes: Ocean, Grassland, Mountain, Forest and Desert.

This season, Executive Chef Amber Deetlefs has designed a dining experience using exceptional ingredients to celebrate the earth’s raw offerings. As Chef Amber states, “If you start with great produce, half your work is done.” 

Regarding the experience of The Supper Club, she concludes: “My hope for each guest is that they leave the evening with a deeper appreciation for the world around us, and a newfound curiosity about the ecosystems that sustain life.”
