MARGARITA WEEK RETURNS 

Our artisanal Margarita Week returns to select Kove Collection establishments for one week only this February. Kove Collection presents a unique cocktail menu with immersive flavours like tart lime, delicious peach, crisp raspberry notes and local rooibos deliciously paired with tequilas from iconic names such as Casamigos, 1800 Tequila, Espolòn Tequila, Jose Cuervo and Don Julio.  

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE MARGARITA COCKTAIL

This citrus-flavoured cocktail has its heart and soul hidden behind a mist of folklore. The creation of the margarita takes place in Mexico with multiple origin stories — some celebrate Carlos “Danny” Herrera as the inventor, others Pancho Morales or even a chance encounter in a bar in Ciudad Juarez in the 1940s is regarded as the beginning of this classic cocktail. While its true creator remains a mystery, one thing is for certain: the margarita has transcended time, evolving into a spirited yet refined experience.
