International Gin Week 2024

For International Gin Week 2024, Kove Collection pays homage to the botanical cocktail star.

Since the very first usage of the word ‘cocktail’ circa 1806 through the 1920’s prohibition to the mixology revolution of the 2000s, gin has brought cocktails to life with its wide range of infused botanicals.

From the traditional juniper berry of a classic London Dry to our local fynbos variations, we’ve created an exclusive cocktail menu that handpicks our favourite gins. Combining them into newfangled creations, we present our twists on the classics like the Mimosa, Collins and Sours, along with our Signatures – Spice Route and Frosted Kiss.

Available from Saturday 8 June to Friday 14 June 2024 at Sonny and Irene, Incognito, Lily’s, The Bungalow and Surfshack.
